For my intermediate design course, we chose online articles that interested us and illustrated a piece to represent the article’s content. The article I chose was about an elementary school that added ‘outdoor classroom time’ to the curriculum. My illustration parallels the growth of a student’s mind when fostered in the outdoors with school supplies that have been outside so long they start blooming themselves.
